Refund policy
Due to the nature of skincare and for hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns on opened products. If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or isn’t what you ordered, please reach out within 7 days of receiving it and we’ll make it right.
Unopened products can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Just get in touch with your order number and we’ll guide you through the next steps.
